World's Longest Submarine Cable Project Nearing Completion

The work on the world's longest submarine cable project is nearing culmination. It is being implemented under the SEA-ME-WE 6 (SMW6) consortium, extending from Singapore to France. The project has the prospect of completion by 2025.
