The Power of Now

সচেতনভাবে introspection করলে আমরা বুঝতে পারি, সত্যিকারের euphoria এবং profundity বর্তমানেই লুকিয়ে আছে। বর্তমানের প্রতিটি মুহূর্ত এক অনন্য manifestation, যা আমাদের জীবনে transcendence নিয়ে আসতে পারে।
অতএব, জীবনকে সম্পূর্ণরূপে উপলব্ধি করতে হলে, অতীতের reverie এবং ভবিষ্যতের ambivalence থেকে মুক্ত হয়ে lucidity বজায় রেখে বর্তমানকে গ্রহণ করাই সঠিক পথ।
