Common Habits That Weaken Memory
Today, many people neglect their brain's cognitive abilities, leading to memory degeneration. On one hand, a sedentary lifestyle and excessive television watching weaken the brain's neuroplasticity.
Another common habit is preoccupation or excessive worry, which hampers the brain's retention ability. Due to prolonged distraction, our concentration breaks and the ability to remember information decreases.
Furthermore, indulgence and sleep deprivation are also harmful to memory. Without adequate sleep, the brain's ephemeral memory preservation process is disrupted. Somnolence or insufficient sleep causes memory impairment.
For brain health, sufficiency of sleep and exercise is essential, so that obfuscation does not occur and memory strength is maintained.
